Dr. Isameldin Bashir Hashim, Associate Professor at the Department of Food Science, College of Food & Agriculture, United Arab Emirates University. Had a Ph.D in Food Science from The University of Georgia, USA, M.Sc. in Food Science from Alabama A&M University, USA and B.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences “Food Technology” from Alexandria University, Egypt. Published forty papers in the International refereed scientific journals and presented in many national and international conferences, seminars and workshops.
