Research Interest

Dr. Cheong’s research interests include (1) methods for testing mediation (i.e., methods for investigating underlying causal mechanisms), (2) substance use and other risky health behaviors among adolescents and adults, and (3) prevention and intervention of health risk behaviors (e.g., HIV, substance use, drinking-and-driving, risky sexual behaviors).
