Biography

Marina Yu. Koroleva obtained M. Sc. degree in Physical Chemistry from Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology in 1985, followed by a Ph.D. degree in 1989 on cholesterol removing from biological liquids. She took up the post of Junior Researcher in Physical Chemistry at Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology in 1989 and was promoted to Senior Researcher in 1993. In 2003 she took the post of Associate Professor.

Marina Yu. Koroleva received Sc. D. in Colloid Chemistry from Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology in 2012. She got the position of Professor of Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology in 2013 and in addition she holds the positions of Science Administrator from 2014.

Prof. Koroleva current research covers various colloidal particles as drug delivery systems. Her research is focused on nanoemulsions, colloidosomes composed of nanoparticles, nanocomposites, and mathematical modelling of such structures.
