Biography

Started in the field in 2004 as a surgery resident, obtained license and board certification after completing the program.Completed a two-year endoscopy and laparoscopic surgery fellow program at the IMSS HGZ 32 in Mexico City.On March 2011  completed  a  one-year  fellow  program  on  Endoscopic Ultrasound obtaining a board certification on advanced endoscopy. Immediately  started  institutional  practice  as  an  attending  physician  at  the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social HGZ 32 in Mexico City as surgeon and endoscopist.

Became  Assistant  Professor  of  Medicine  for  the  laparoscopic  surgery  and advanced endoscopy two year Universidad Anáhuac del Norte fellow program at  the  same  institution  and  I  have  a  particular  interest  in  ERCP,  EUS, interventional  endoscopy  for  hepatic,  biliary  and  pancreatic  diseases  and teaching these techniques.

I have a private practice on all of the above.
