“Michigan Mentored Clinical Scholars Program" This is a specialized program providing salary support to train physicians and other healthcare professionals in clinical research which augments the K30 Training
Program in Clinical Research. The program involves courses in biostatistics, specialized clinical research seminars, a mentored clinical research project and monthly discussions of research work by the scholars
in a tailored curriculum dependent upon scholars' experience and clinical research exposure. Scholars are also instructed on federal regulation of clinical research and IRB requirements.
