Biography

Dr. Lower received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at University of Florida, and fellowship training in Immunopathology also at University of Florida.  His clinical practice and research has been primarily in the field of transplantation.  He currently is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pathology at University of Kentucky and his clinical responsibilities include histocompatibility testing, transplant pathology, and renal pathology.
